Haryana (Nuh) violence

The Indian government has been particularly dicey over the past week. Here's why:On Thursday, the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi successfully defeated a motion of no-confidence in parliament. The Prime Minister delivered a passionate speech during the culmination of a three-day debate.Rahul Gandhi took a cheap shot at the Prime Minister by stating in his speech that Narendra Modi wants Manipur to burn. He said that the Prime Minister does not know what a Prime Minister is.Television images depicted the motion being rejected through a voice vote initiated by the speaker of the lower house. This occurred shortly after opposition Members of Parliament, including Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress party, left the chamber.Responding to the no-confidence motion in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed gratitude, stating, "The people of the country have consistently shown their trust in our government, and I want to extend my thanks to all of them."
Prime Minister Modi further remarked, "The no-confidence motion has always been fortunate for us; this instance too will result in us returning with an unprecedented mandate."
Word of the week!
Drink your knowledge! The word for this week is:
reticent"RET-uh-sunt"Reticent is often used as a synonym of reserved to describe someone who does not readily or openly talk to others. Despite objections from some, reticent is also often used as a synonym for reluctant. She is reticent about discussing her personal business with anyone.
D2M technology (I'm equally clueless)

The Indian government is actively investigating the possibilities
presented by a novel technology known as "direct-to-mobile" (D2M).
This innovative approach would empower mobile users to
stream live TV channels directly on their smartphones,
eliminating the need for an internet connection. Collaborative efforts involving the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB), and IIT-Kanpur are currently underway to refine the specifics of this initiative, as per insider sources
On June 1 of the previous year, IIT-Kanpur, in collaboration with Prasar Bharti and the Telecommunications Development Society of India, published a comprehensive white paper concerning D2M Broadcasting. This document highlighted D2M as a crucial component of NextGen Broadcast (NGB), a concept that integrates various established technologies to yield optimal results.
Think of D2M like an FM radio inside your phone. It works by picking up special TV signals just like how your radio tunes in to different stations.
D2M is a modern blend of internet and TV signals
that your phone can catch. It uses your mobile to capture local digital TV signals.
With D2M, you can watch things like live TV games on your phone without needing the internet
. It's like getting TV on your phone through a special signal.
