Have you been vaccinated yet? If not, then you can save this section till when you do get vaccinated! If yes, do you know how to download your

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in India has developed a portal called Covid Vaccine Intelligence Network (CoWin) to monitor India's vaccination drive. Once you receive a dose of the vaccine, the government issues a vaccination certificate that carries all the basic details such as your name, age, gender, and also all the details of the vaccination being administered. The certificate also includes the date of when the vaccine was given, and the date for the next dose, for people that have only taken the first vaccine shot.

The vaccine certificate can also be downloaded online from UMANG or Digi-Locker apps. Here's a step-by-step process on how you can download your COVID-19 certificate using the government's vaccination portal CoWin:

1. Visit www.cowin.gov.in (the official website of CoWin).

2. Sign in using your registered mobile number, and enter the one-time password.

3. Once you log in, there will be a certificate tab under your name.

4. Click on the download button to get the soft copy of your vaccination certificate.

5. Save your certificate as a PDF on your device, and make sure you store it securely for future use!

It's that easy! Get vaccinated soon to protect yourself and others around you!

Investment

On Thursday, billionaire

announced an INR 75,000 crore investment in setting up four major factories to enrich solar energy, green hydrogen, batteries, and fuel cells over the next three years. Reliance will set up a unit that can generate 100 gigawatts of solar power. This is another huge step in our global war against climate change, and a commitment towards becoming net carbon zero by 2035. Mukesh Ambani stated, 'In 2016, Reliance launched Jio with the aim of bridging the Digital Divide in India. Now, in 2021, Reliance is launching its own new energy business with the aim of bridging the green energy divide in India and globally'.

Aramco

On Thursday, Reliance also announced that the chairman of Saudi

Yasir Al-Rumayyan will join the board at Reliance. In 2019, Reliance had announced a sale of a 20% stake in its oil-to-chemicals business for USD 15 billion to Saudi Aramco, the world's top oil-exporting firm. The deal had stalled after oil prices and demand took a major hit last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, with positive economic recovery in sight, Reliance is excited to welcome the chairman of Saudi Aramco as a strategic partner on the Reliance board.

Renewable Energy

In the last seven years, India has invested approximately USD 70 billion, or 5.2 lakh crore, in

. Prior to this investment, India set an ambitious goal to accumulate 175 gigawatts of renewable energy by 2022. Increased focus on renewable energy sources has seen India emerge as a global champion for energy transition, and has also attracted a significant number of foreign direct investments into the country. Clean energy is not just a corporate solution, as individuals can switch to green energy in their homes too! Have you ever analyzed the amount of energy your household consumes? If not, then it's a pretty cool exercise to check your energy consumption. It's also important to look for clean alternatives if you feel your energy consumption is detrimental to the environment.
